Download our current W-9 here.

Need to know the lead-time on a product, or do you need to receive it by a specific date?

Lead-times fluctuate weekly depending upon the model, other orders in process, and inventory in-stock. We strive to ship all items within 4 week of receiving your purchase order or payment. However, if you need it sooner, or if you have a specific date you would like to receive the order please email us at order@boardloch.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Is assembly required?

Yes, most of our items require assembly. Some models only require the skateboard/scooter rack to be attached to a wall or the pedestal legs provided. While others can be more complex (when assembly of the skateboard/scooter rack is needed and/or bike racks combined with skateboard/scooter racks). Please refer to the assemble and installation guide (provided as a PDF on the product page) for more information. If you have additional questions feel free to contact us at info@boardloch.com.

Are mounting anchors provided for securing the skateboard/scooter rack to the wall or floor?
No, we do not provide installation hardware. The hardware needs to work with your mounting surface. And, because there are a wide variety of mounting surface materials, depths, PSI ratings, etc., the hardware used must be selected based upon this criteria. All products will have either ½” or 5/8” diameter holes for mounting. Please refer to the assembly and installation guide (provided as a PDF on the product page) for more information. If you have additional questions feel free to contact us at info@boardloch.com.
What is the weather resistant package?

The weather resistant package includes a thick, rubberized powder coated finish, and all stainless steel hardware and security rings (Note: stainless steel anchors for installing the item are note provided – see mounting anchor FAQ’s above for more information).

What is the Free Standing Base option?

On select models we offer a Free Standing Base option. This base consists of 30” long square steel tubing designed to mount to the pedestal feet (hardware is provided for attaching the base to the feet). This provides a stable support for the skateboard/scooter security rack so that the rack can be used temporarily until it can be anchored to the floor. We don’t recommend the Free Standing Base for long term use as the security rack can be tipped over when enough force is applied. However, it does provide the ability to use the security rack immediately once it is assembled and placed in a supervised area.

What is the Caster option?
On select models we offer a Caster option (note: must be used with the Free Standing Base option). These heavy duty casters with brakes can be mounted to the Free Standing Base (hardware is provided for attaching the casters to the base). These casters allow the skateboard/scooter security rack to be easily moved to various locations at your facility. We recommend the casters and free standing base be used in a supervised area as the skateboard/scooter security rack can be tipped over when enough force is applied.
What is the Custom Color option?

We have the ability to match almost any color needed. So, if your facility has standard colors for site furnishings just let us know and we can match it. Simply provide us with a color sample or Pantone color number to get started. Email us at info@boardloch.com for more information on the custom color option.

What is the Padlock option?
On select models we offer a Padlock option? Depending upon how many skateboards/scooters the rack secures, we can provide padlocks to secure that many devices. For example, if you are interested in the standard Brute 12 (double sided), you have the option of receiving 12 padlocks with your order for an additional cost. (note: the padlocks use the same key to allow administrators easy access to the locks if needed).
What is the difference between the “Standard” and “Premium” models?
The Standard models have 26” tall pedestal legs, and the sign board mounts behind the skateboard/scooter security rack. The Premium models have 34” tall pedestal legs, and the sign board mounts above the skateboard/scooter security rack for better visibility, and to display donors, logos and school mascots.
Can you offer custom logos, school mascots, and/or donation recognition information on the sign boards?
Yes, we offer custom logos, school mascots, and/or_donation recognition information on all of the sign boards for an additional fee (fees depend on size, complexity, and number of colors needed). Email us at info@boardloch.com for more information on our custom sign boards.
Can items be returned?

Yes, we do offer a return policy. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions here for more information.
